Meet Ahmed

I've been diving since 2002 with over 2,000 dives under my belt. As a PADI & SSI IDC Staff Instructor (No. 631267), I've seen it all – from the nervous first-timer sticking their face underwater for the very first time, to the seasoned diver chasing hammerheads at the Brothers Islands.

I speak German, English, Italian, Russian, and Arabic. There's nothing I love more than sharing the magic of the underwater world with you. Small groups, personal attention, zero stress – I can't wait to show you the wonders beneath the surface.

Good to Know

Everything you should know before your first dive with Ahmed.

Not at all! The discovery dive starts you from zero. Ahmed walks you through every step, practices the basics with you, and stays right by your side the entire time. All you need is to know how to swim – he takes care of the rest.

You'll get an internationally recognized PADI certification – your ticket to diving anywhere in the world. The best part: it's valid for life, no expiration date.

Just swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen. Ahmed provides all the dive gear – everything's included in the price. Just show up and dive in.

Absolutely. Hurghada is one of the safest and best-equipped diving regions in the world. Ahmed is trained in first aid and emergency oxygen provision, and a decompression chamber is right nearby. Your safety always comes first.

Good news: the Red Sea is a year-round destination. Water temperatures of 21–28°C, visibility up to 50 meters. Your best shot at hammerheads is June through September. For the most comfortable air and water temps, March–May and September–November are perfect.

Not required for the discovery dive, but for courses and safaris we strongly recommend dive insurance (e.g., DAN or aqua med). Sounds complicated? Ahmed will help you choose – just drop him a message.

Of course! On day trips, partners, family, and friends can ride along and snorkel while you dive. The spots are spectacular from the surface too – turtles and colorful fish included.

Day trips: 1–2 days is enough. Courses: 3–5 days' notice. Dive safaris: at least 2–4 weeks. The fastest way is via WhatsApp – Ahmed usually replies within a few hours.
